Youth Against Human Trafficking.
HR & AHTC was inaugurated on July 19th, 2K21 by the Pathanamthitta Zilla Panchayat Vice President Ms. Raji P Rajappan and Asst Public Prosecutor of Palakkad, Adv. P. Prem Nath delivered the chief guest’s keynote address. While Dr. Jaimon Jacob(College Principal) conveyed Presidential, Address Adv. Reni K Jacob (Legal Consultant of International Justice Mission, Dr. Ipe Varghese (KAPS State President), Ms. Geetha Kuriakose(Mallappally Panchayat President), Mr. Biju Purathoodan( Panchayat Member) etc conveyed felicitations to the Club.
The Vision of the club is to establish safe communities by eliminating Human Trafficking through empowerment of students and youth by engaging them to impart knowledge and empowering them to prevent all forms of human trafficking by providing support to law enforcement agencies and civil society to eradicate human trafficking, protect the lives of vulnerable people as mandated in the Constitution of India.
